Who We Are

Prior to her leadership role at AtO, Raven Walsh worked nearly 13 years as a Board member and 10 years in senior director roles across domestic and international nonprofit organizations. As a Development Director, she raised over $16M for small to mid-sized nonprofits and successfully led organizations through periods of accelerated growth, including fundraising and project management for opening Oregon’s largest homeless shelter. Serving as a Program Analyst in a mission-driven office of the U.S. federal government, she regulated over $500M annually, gaining deep knowledge in effective partnership and impact tracking at scale. Raven is also an active leader in international service through Rotary.

Jenny Clark holds a Master’s degree in International Development and brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, strategic communications, and partner development for community-driven programs. As a nonprofit founder, she has co-created gender equity projects and led volunteer trips abroad since 2012 across South and Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Jenny oversees engagement strategies at AtO, helping to shape the team’s relationship-centered approach while working closely with community partners to identify need and design tailored support grounded in strategic milestones and measurable outcomes.

Ron’s 20-year career in corporate management, followed by 30 years as an entrepreneur, led him to launch Access to Opportunity in 2015. An active Rotarian with extensive local and international networks, his charitable work includes developing and funding scholarship and community programs, and strengthening cross-cultural connections in the Portland metro area. In response to nationwide community unrest in 2020, Ron initiated bridge-building programs among diverse local populations across economic, social, and educational divides. The humanitarian impact of this work and the networks it created inspired the development of AtO’s current program to elevate the impact of grassroots community leaders making a positive difference.

Marcy brings 30 years of experience in project management, leading complex, controversial infrastructure projects across the U.S., including the Sellwood Bridge in Portland. Her work centers on developing collaborative, inclusive tools and processes that engage all affected stakeholders, many of which have been incorporated into guidance and training programs widely used by local, state, and federal transportation agencies. Through her work with diverse stakeholders, she has organized community events to strengthen relationships between police and local leaders and actively supports nonprofits serving people experiencing homelessness and the arts as a volunteer, donor, and board member.

Alan has a strong track record in driving organizational growth for technology-focused businesses and is a dedicated philanthropist who is deeply engaged in service initiatives that promote peacebuilding and global collaboration. A past president of the Lake Oswego Rotary Club, he brings a strategic, growth-oriented mindset to both his professional work and civic leadership, leveraging business expertise to strengthen organizations and support meaningful social outcomes.
