Leveraging resources to build self-sufficiency and increase social impact

To generate greater impact, our work begins with listening and relationship-building to ensure solutions are shaped by community priorities and lived experience. We respect the expertise of grassroots leaders and focus on supporting practitioners in ways that help them sustain their work over time.

Many grassroots leaders with strong, effective programs face challenges building stable systems and securing consistent funding. We work alongside them to clarify priorities, strengthen planning, and develop realistic strategies for financial stability and greater impact.

Community Entrepreneur:

A Community Entrepreneur (CE) is an individual or group that launches ventures (businesses, non-profits, or initiatives) to solve local problems and improve well-being in historically underserved communities.

Our Work

We work with donors and grantmakers to identify CEs already creating meaningful change in their communities. Together, we explore pathways for expanding their impact with strategic resources and individualized coaching. Our relationship-based approach focuses on clarifying goals, building capacity, and creating systems that support long-term sustainability.
